Most of our huge range comes from England where they are masters of toffee making and depending on availability and seasonality, our selection will vary. We have hard chewy toffees through to soft creamy toffees and you won't be disappointed with our range!

Toffee is made from caramalized sugar or molasses, along with butter and sometimes flour. The mixture is boiled until stiff enough to be pulled into a shape which holds and has a glossy surface. Different mixes, processes and temperatures will result in a range of toffee textures and hardness, soft and often sticky or hard and brittle.
